Professional management staff is one site during the week and emergency maintenance is provided on call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All general maintenance is provided, including grounds keeping, snow removal, and cleaning of the common areas.
You will find brand new cabinets, windows, full size appliances and many more updates in each modern apartment. A utility allowance and energy efficient features help reduce expenses on a tight budget. Bedroom and living room areas are carpeted, and the kitchens and baths offer modern conveniences.
