The staff is available during the week to answer management needs, and maintenance is provided on call, 24 hours a day. All maintenance is provided, including grounds keeping, snow removal, and cleaning of the common areas to keep a nice environment for all.
All the units at Fountain Manor are designed to meet the needs of the aging and disabled. Bedroom and living room areas are carpeted, and the kitchens and baths are modern and offer conveniences.
Many extra features of Fountain Manor help make it a nice place to live, such as:
- Electric Heat with individual thermostats.
- Intercom system, to operate the secured entry door from the comfort of your apartment.
- Common areas where residents can schedule parties, activities and meetings.
- Emergency call stations to let your neighbors know if you need help. The fire system is wired to the central fire station.
- Coin operated laundry facilities and mail delivery located on the first floor.
- Elevette lift in building to make carrying packages to the second floor easy.
- Public Transportation and ample parking.
The rent at Fountain Manor is based on income. Residents pay a total of 30% of adjusted income for rent, including an allowance for utilities. To qualify for Fountain Manor, applicants must be age 62 or over, or disabled or handicapped regardless of age, and have an income of $45,700 or less for one person, or $51,450 or less for two people.
