IF YOU DO NOT AUTHORIZE REPAIR OF THE ITEM, OR DO NOT CONTACT US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE INVOICE, THE ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU VIA UNITED PARCEL SERVICE WITHOUT ANY REPAIRS.
